This is my take on Starbuck’s Sous Vide Egg Bites.
Do you struggle to find something to eat that is healthy, quick, high in protein, low in carbs and tastes good? Me too! If I was just going for fast and cheap, options would abound. Unfortunately, healthy choices are not so common so finding something that comes close to fitting the bill is very exciting!
I am speaking of Starbucks‘s Sous Vide Egg Bites. They are low-carb, keto-friendly and high in protein. These egg bites come in a few different flavors but my personal favorite is the Bacon & Gruyere. If for some reason you are not into BACON, you can also try the Chicken Chorizo Tortilla, Egg White and Red Pepper or the Ham, Cheddar and Pepper flavors. I am not a big fan of the Egg White and Red Pepper flavor as I think it lacks any real flavor. Your mileage may vary.
For me, the Egg Bites are very filling and equal to a small meal. For others I know, they consider it more of a snack. If you have not done so already, give them a try and judge for yourself!
