I purchase “Dragon Time” Essential Oil (EO) through Young Living. It is composed of a mixture of Clary Sage, Lavender, Jasmine, Fennel, Marjoram, and Yarrow EOs. This blend helps to relieve PMS symptoms such as cramping and muscle pain. It helps balance out your emotions, resulting in less mood swings, which are caused by hormonal changes in the body.

This EO can be a game-changer if you experience extremely painful cramping during your menstrual cycles. I was very reluctant to try this oil. Mainly because it is not one of the cheaper oils to buy and I did not personally know anyone that had used it. I finally took the plunge and ordered it from Young Living. I am so glad that I did! I have had excellent results with this oil! I mix it with a carrier oil and rub it on my lower stomach and back. Many times, if the cramping is not too bad, one application is enough to stop the pain for hours at a time. I have heard it said that this oil is “A girl’s best friend”.

You can also add “Dragon Time Oil” to your massage oil, shower gel or your body lotion. You can also put some in your bath water or just diffuse the oil into the air. I always recommend using an oil different ways and several times before you assume that it doesn’t work for you. Both me and my sister use this oil for cramps and while I use less than she has to use, we both get the same results. Pain relief! When using an oil for pain control, make sure you are using enough of the oil. Every person is different and the oils affect every person differently. We have found two drops of carrier oil to two drops of Dragon Time EO (i.e., a 1:1 ratio) is a good mixture. Spread it on your lower stomach, lower back and even down your upper thighs for blessed pain relief! I have found different oils work better if I put them directly on my body and with other oils, I get better results if I diffuse the oil into the air. So mix and match, have fun and be healthier! Learn to love oils as much as we do!
